1. How Do I Place An Order?

(Personal Checks) Unfortunately we do not accept personal checks because of the delay in clearing the funds
through the banking systems and due to unusually high fraud transactions.
 

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a money order or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you submit your order, an "Order Confirmation" email will automatically be sent to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will read "Order Confirmation from designfurnishings.com" and will contain your order number. KEEP THIS EMAIL. It is your receipt. Please review the order and let us know immediately if any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make the necessary corrections.

If you have not received your "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you can easily print a receipt for the order using your My Account

 4. Sales Tax

One of the best things about buying through DesignFurnishings.com is that we do not charge sales tax, except for shipping orders to California. DesignFurnishings.com cannot be responsible for individual states sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so please check your state's regulations before you shop.

 5. Using Discount Coupons

Sign up to our email list to be notified first about our discounts, specials and promotions we offer periodically on select items. When you receive an email from us containing a discount coupon, be sure to enter the code during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. 6. Printing A Receipt

You can print a receipt from your “My Account”. Just log in or if you have not set up an account, setting up your own account is free, easy and can be done very quickly.
