As most items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, different items you purchase may be shipped from different original locations. Your items may arrive on different days and with different shipping methods if you purchase items from multiple brands or if you place more than one order at once.

- Packaging: Your item will be left in its original packaging.
- Often, the truck delivery company will offer additional services to help you move items into your house. You can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. Their contact information will be included in the email you receive from us containing the tracking number. Any additional costs would be paid by you directly to the truck freight carrier.
