I recently purchased a beautiful bed from your company via E-bay. I waited longer than the time limit allowed by E-bay to leave feedback, but I wanted to reach out and let you guys know how much I appreciated the experience that I have had with this company. 

From the day I ordered my bed, I knew that I made a great decision to purchase my bed from you as soon as I received a message AND a phone call from Tonia ensuring that she would be there to answer any questions that I may have had concerning my order.

Between ordering and delivery, I did have a few questions pertaining to the bed, and my questions were answered very quickly by women that all seemed to embrace customer service.

As you may know, there was an issue with me expecting side rails, which were not supposed to come with the bed. As SOON as I sent my concern, Kristy went out of her way to figure out what happened (miscommunication) and to ensure that I, as a customer, was satisfied.

Yesterday, only about a week after receiving the headboard and foot board, a Fed Ex man knocked at my door to deliver the side-rails to my bed. I was amazed at the rush delivery!

I, myself, work at a company that embraces customer care. I understand the importance of it, and before now I have NEVER reached out to a company to tell them how awesome my experience was, but I wanted to let you know that it has really been a pleasure. The bed is beautiful, and in the future, I would love to order from your company again.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you again for exceeding my expectations with my recent order. I am in the service industry just like you, and too many times we only hear about the negative experiences. When someone has a great experience, (like me), it is important to let the company know as well.

I recently ordered and received my order of outdoor wicker patio furniture and am very happy with entire process of shopping with Design Furnishings! When the furniture arrived I was a little surprised to find the wrong color wicker and cushion color, (not your fault...delivery company's fault).

All it took was one phone call and Lisa contacted the delivery company for me, and two hours later I had MY patio furniture! There had been two deliveries in my area and the delivery company had mixed up our deliveries. Hours later before she left work for the day, Lisa called again just to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my new patio furniture.

It is this kind of customer service that has been lost in the service industry. Design Furnishings will be well served to keep Lisa Oosterman as a part of their team for a long, long time. Should I hear of any friends or family needing anything that Design Furnishings has to offer, I will gladly recommend your company and specifically Lisa to assist them. Again, thank you!

I wanted to let you and your company know what a wonderful job you provided. As you know I was very leery about ordering such an expensive item over the internet/phone. Your confidence and professionalism definitely made an impression on my decision on placing my order.

Not only am I impressed with your product, but the time line you gave to me for delivery was to the day. The delivery company you provided also went beyond to help us set up our furniture, took away all of the packing boxes, and made sure we were satisfied with his delivery.

Great bed helps me sleep.
